RV is proud to deliver the accredited LEO programme (Leading an Empowered Organisation) in partnership with The University of Leeds and Creative Healthcare Management (CHCM). This transformational three-day programme is designed to improve empowerment and confidence through training in decision making, relationship management and problem solving, that develops healthy risk taking in today’s leaders. The LEO is a powerful journey for leaders. Equivalent to 21 hours of CPD.
