We are Consultants that live in the real world!  We understand that when the chips are down most organisations and people can pull out all stops and take the strain ....in the short term. We recognise that where the abnormal occurs more than twice there is a danger that it is accepted and becomes commonplace.  Over time performance effectiveness falls and organisational climates become stressed and counter-productive.   • An estimated 10.3 million working days were lost in NHS England resulting in a totla annual cost of £1.7 Billion Boorman 2009
